Design Engineer  (full-time; 3 positions)

Design Engineer needed in Santa Clara, California. Developing test cases and verifying plans for various clients. Prepare engineering sketches or specifications for installation of equipment, products, and systems. Perform simulation and providing verification support.  Writing scripts, creating models, and interpreting service routine. Analyze electronics system requirements to determine project feasibility. Provide technical support and instruction to team and customers regarding electronics equipment standards. Design concepts and chip layout and drive methodology for physical design flow and low power physical design. Develop for electronic properties used in components, products, or systems to improve technical performance.

Must have a Master’s Degree (or foreign equiv) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Engineering (any), or related field, plus one year of Engineering experience using PERL, C-Shell, and TCL. We will also accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equiv) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Engineering (any), or related field, plus five years of progressive post-bachelor’s experience in the Engineering field. One year of the five years of progressive post-bachelor’s experience in the Engineering field must include experience using PERL, C-Shell, and TCL. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
